Different Moods, Different Sides of Seaside, Tillamook Head
Tillamook Head seems to dictate the weather on the North Coast to some degree. It's not unusual to find Seaside sunny and warm, but find Cannon Beach, just minutes to the south, on the other side of the headland, to be cooler and cloudier - or vice versa. Here, in another striking moment, Tillamook Head seems to attract its own weather. This is sometimes referred to as Tillamook Head "wearing a hat."
